The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee and a nice selection of magazines to pass the time. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get my car back on the road—just a few days! When I picked it up, it looked brand new, and they even detailed the interior, which was a wonderful surprise. My only small critique would be that they could improve their communication a bit; I would have liked more updates during the repair process. Overall, I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body work—they truly care about their customers and their vehicles!

I had a really positive experience at this shop after a fender bender that left my car looking worse for wear. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel at ease right from the start. They patiently answered all my questions about the repair process and provided a detailed estimate. I appreciated that they used high-quality materials, ensuring my car would be repaired to the highest standards. It took a little longer than anticipated, but they kept me updated throughout, which was reassuring. When I finally saw my car, I was blown away! It looked as good as new, and they even took the time to polish the exterior and vacuum the interior, which was a nice touch. One thing I think they could improve on is their online presence; it was a bit difficult to find their hours of operation and contact information. Nevertheless, I’m very satisfied with the work they did, and I will definitely return if I ever need auto body repairs again!
